Betty Rea (Moss) Law

Betty Rea Moss Law transitioned from this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at her Jackson, AL residence, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 25, 1934 to William and Lou Ella Taylor Moss in the Good Hope community. Early in life she united with the Good Hope Baptist Church in Walker Springs, where she sang in the choir and whatever capacity was needed, including historian in the church. She met and married Chester Law and was blessed with a beautiful family. Reading, crossword puzzles, and family time were special to her.

Preceding her in death were her daughter, Cicely Law; parents, William and Lou Ella Moss; sister,Rosalyn Moss; and brother, Willie C. Moss.

Left to forever cherish her precious memories are her husband, Chester Law, Jackson, AL; son, Patrick (Anavilla) Law, Ellenwood, GA; two daughters, Kim (Stuart) Lee, Jackson, AL, and LaToya Nicole Moss, Atlanta, GA; one sister, Jacqueline Moss, Marietta, GA; seven grandchildren; a devoted niece, Charlene Jones, Jackson, AL; devoted sister-in-law, Dorothy Dubose, Jackson, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
