Terry Hunt

Pastor Terry Hunt of the Gainestown community transitioned from this life on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 while at the Mobile Infirmary Medical Center in Mobile, AL. Born October 19, 2019 to Earl and Minnie Lee Foxx Hunt, he was 67 years of age. He met and married Faye Louise Phillips. A graduate of the Clarke County School system, he provided for his family as a self employed carpenter and founded the Miracles of Faith church in Gainestown where he served as pastor. He loved the Lord, gardening, and cooking.

Preceding him death were his father, Earl Hunt; and three brothers, Larry Hunt, Bobby Hunt, and Peter Hunt.

Left to forever cherish his precious memories are his loving wife of 32 years , Faye P. Hunt, Gainestown, AL; son, Terry R. Hunt, Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Jenine Hunt (Robert, Jr.) Jackson, Jackson, AL; loving mother, Minnie Lee Hunt, Gainestown, AL; seven brothers, John (Ardell) Hunt, Min. Earnest (Betty) Hunt, Frankie Lee Hunt, Michael (Pamela) Hunt, Jimmy (Rosemary) Hunt, and Joe (Valorie) Hunt, all of Gainestown, AL, and Tyrone (Sharon) Hunt, Montgomery, AL; three sisters, Millie (Reginald) Mitchell, Bessemer, AL, Alison (Matthew) Creighton, Tuscaloosa, AL, and Veronica (Donnie) Bozeman, Gainestown, AL; five sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; a devoted grandson, Ahmad T. Pugh; a loving step-granddaughter, Mariah Jackson; as a son, Labarron Leggett; twelve aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
