Travis Lamont Gilmore, 37, a native of the Salipta Community of Jackson and a resident of Pensacola, Fla., departed this life on Sunday Oct. 6, 2019. He was born on August 19, 1982 to Angelia Gilmore.
Travis was member of the Jackson High School Class of 2001, where he played football for the Aggies. He loved spending time with his children, grilling and fishing. He had a unique personality with a great sensor of humor. He was also an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Latoria Montgomery Gilmore of Birmingham; two loving daughters, Kimora and Kirah Gilmore; son, Trevione Gilmore; his loving and devoted mother, Angelia Gilmore (Lavelle) of Pensacola; loving and devoted grandmother, Juanita Gaston of Salipta; a loving and devoted sister, Tayonia Gilmore of Atlanta, GA.; the mother of his daughters, Krystal Pritchett of Jackson; the mother of his son, Tosha Wrinkle of Pensacola, Fla.; nephew, Micah Gilmore; nieces, Tay'Tionia Knight and Tori'Yonna Gilmore, both of Atlanta, GA., a host of aunts, great-aunts, uncles, great-uncles, other relatives and friends.
