She was born March 10, 1939 to Pearlie Whittaker Woodard and Dock Lister. Preceding her in death were her parents, Pearlie Whittaker Woodard and Dock Lister; sisters, Arthurine Bridges and Elizabeth Woodard Jackson; brothers, Walter Woodard and William Woodard. She leaves to cherish her memory a host of nieces, one devoted, Brenda Napier Causey, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends
