Charles Ezell Horne

Charles Ezell Horne departed this life on Sunday, February 2, 2020 in DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, AL. Born March 8, 1951 to Ezell and Edwina Davis Horne, he was 68.

Charles moved early in life to Ohio and worked for a long period of time for a bus company there. He enjoyed playing baseball, the trombone, and driving cars. Eventually he moved back to Alabama, where he spent his remaining days.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Ezell and Edwina Horne; grandparents, Ethel Horne, Mary Aimes, and Russell Amos.

Left to forever cherish his precious memories are a son, Andrew Ricardo Horne, Dayton, OH; two daughters, Bathsheba (Eddie) Dale, Thomasville, AL, and Racine Marie Horne, Cleveland, OH; four grandchildren, Jairon Davis, Riana Davis, Rian Davis, and E. J. "Edran" Dale; one great grandchild, Xavier Blanchett; five sisters, Mary (Rev. James) Barganier, and Barbara Jenkins, both of Whatley, AL, Eddie Mae Cunningham , and Tanya Davis, both of Grove Hill, AL, and Rachelle (Charles) Andrews, Monroeville, AL; three brothers, Robert (Mary) Davis, Whatley, AL, Tommie Davis, Sr., Montgomery, AL, and Rev. Jack (Diathy) Davis, Mobile, AL; a great aunt, Alice Blanton, Cleveland, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
