Christina Marie Lucyies- Chapman

Christina Marie Lucyies Chapman transitioned from this life to eternity on Monday, Oc. 4, 2021. She was born Dec. 20, 1976 to Grover Lee Lucyies and Jimmie Clara Lucyies.
Christina, was a member of the Jackson High School Class of 1996. At an early age she confessed Christ and joined the St. Union Baptist Church in Jackson, where she served as secretary of Sunday School, choir and was a Sunbeam member. Later she united with Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church of Grove Hill, where she remained a member until her death.
Preceding her in death are her father; mother, Jimmie Clara Lucyies; brother, Larry Wayne Lucyies and Nathaniel Lucyies; and sister, Gloria Ann Lucyies.
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her husband, Devain Chapman of Grove Hill; daughters, Oliva Lucyies of St. Stephens and Devainna Chapman of Grove Hill; stepdaughter, Nekitta Ferguson of Grove Hill; three brothers, Alfred Luther of Kansas City, Mo., Kim Lucyies of Mount Vernon, Emerson Lucyies and Climmies (Cora) Lucyies, both of Jackson; two sisters, Shirley Lucyies and Clarissa (John) Sims, both of Jackson; two grandchildren, Aniya Chatman of Montgomery and Trinity Campbell of Grove Hill; with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
