Clarence Burrell

Clarence “Jerry” Burrell, a resident of Jackson, made his earthly transition Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Jackson Medical Center. Born May 20, 1948 to Johnny Burrell and Sally Nettles Burrell, he was 72 years of age. He was a member of Mt. Olive No. 1 Baptist Church in Rockville. Jerry loved telling jokes, fishing and spending time with his family.

Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Lela Mae Bracy Burrell; and sister, Barbara Burrell. 

Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Delerna M. Graham of Pensacola, Fla.; two loving granddaughters, Markeitta Graham and Deondra Graham, both of Pensacola, Fla.; five brothers, Johnny (Ruthie) Burrell, Warren Burrell, Samuel (Elizabeth) Burrell and Michael Hunt, all of Jackson, and Jesse Ray Burrell of Mobile; one sister, Ethel Thomas of McIntosh; one aunt, Hattie Jackson of Mobile; with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
