Claudia Lee McClain

Claudia Lee McClain, a resident of Jackson, AL transitioned to be with the Lord on July 24, 2025 while in the comfort of her home surrounded by love ones.

She was born March 9, 1933 to the late William Fox Sr. and Mary Fox, she was 92 years of age. Claudia was a member of St. Matthews No.1 Baptist Church. She was a
graduate of Harper High School. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, singing and listening to gospel music.

She was known for being loving and caring to all those around her.
Preceding her in death, her parents; William Fox Sr. and Mary Fox, husband; Wesley McClain Sr., children; Maurica McClain and Winfred McClain, three grandchildren, and
five siblings.
Claudia leaves to cherish her memories her five children: Carolyn(Melvin) Kimbrough of Grove Hill, AL; Ella(Charlie) Jackson of Jackson, AL; Mary(Calvin) Davis;
Pamela(Michael) Hunt of Gainestown, AL; Wesley McClain Jr. of Anniston, AL; Margie(Walter) Fox of Walker Springs, AL. Three siblings: Bennie Dees,
Carolyn(Nathaniel)Rivers, and Teacolin(Rose) Fox, 37 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren, Goddaughter Brittany Jackson, two devoted friends George Phillips and
Bernice Hunt. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
