Crystal Charmaine Hudson

Crystal Charmaine Hudson was born Oct. 23, 1983 in Mobile to Elder Christopher Smith and Minister Thea Smith. She departed this life on Friday, March 25, 2022; she was 38 years of age.

Crystal was also known as “CC.” She attended Jackson High School and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 2002, medically retiring in 2014, following 12 years of honorable service. Crystal enjoyed spending time with her children, cooking, the Air Force, and family.

Preceding her in death is her loving mother, Minister Thea C. Smith

Left to cherish her memories are her five children, Jasmine Hudson, Moriah Hudson, Jaylen Hudson, Isaiah Hudson and Christian Hudson; her spouse, James Hudson, all of Biloxi, Miss.; her father, Elder Christopher (Rhonda) Smith of Grove Hill; sisters, Kaletha Crayton of Tuscaloosa, Shanita (Elliott) Lucy of Dixons Mills, Merissa (Mark) Pough and Myeisha Smith, both of San Antonio, Texas; brother/nephew, Jacoby (Shirlencia) Crayton of Augusta, Ga.; grandmother, Bessie Crayton of Jackson; stepbrothers, Khalil Lang of Saraland and Brandon Lang of Grove Hill; with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
