Desi Mae Lynum was born September 5, 1956 to the late Desaree Foreman and Lema Lynum. She departed this earthly life Monday, May 26, 2025.
She was a caregiver who loved cooking, shopping, riding and watching her westerns. But most of all, she loved quality time with her children. Desi Mae love life, she never complained.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Desaree Foreman and Lema Lynum.
Desi Mae leaves to cherish her precious memories, her four children: Leon, Ricky, Siobhan and Gabriel Lynum all of Whatley, AL; three nephews and
a niece she raised and loved as her own: Josh Martin, Dexler Woodruff, Devin Pendleton and Jamyra Lykes all of Montgomery, AL; three grandsons: Zyhir Lynum of Pensacola, FL, Amir Lynum
of Scyrene, AL and Elijah Foster of Thomasville, AL; ten brothers: Willie Cleveland, Robert Robinson, Edward (Ann) Foreman, Ken (Pauline) Foreman, Gross Foreman, Steven Foreman, Sammy
Lynum, Leon Lymun, Johnny Lynum and Kenneth Lynum; ten sisters: Wynette (John) Bivins, Lois Johnson, Pearl (Wyman) Pitts, Barbara Martin, Carrie Bell Foreman, Eunice Ester, Bessie (Charles) Love, Odeather (DeWayne) Chapman, Kathy (Willie) Scott and Lola (Melvin) Washington; two aunts: Rosemary Tarvin and Mary Foreman; a special devoted cousin, Cecil Burroughs;
godson, Tyler Champion; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
