Eboni Lynn Brown made her transition from this earthly life on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2022, at Jackson Medical Center in Jackson. She was born Feb. 11, 1990 to Irene Coleman and Ezell Coats.
A member of the Greater Ebenezer Baptist Church, she served as a choir member and on the usher board.
Eboni was a member of the Coffeeville High School Class of 2009. Fishing and spending time with family and friends were her favorite things to do, along with lending a helping hand to people in the community.
Preceding her in death was mother, Irene Howze Coleman and sister, Beulah Canton.
Eboni leaves to forever cherish her memories her loving fiancé, Lenard F. Gaston of Jackson; devoted stepfather Willie Coleman; father, Ezell Coats of Coffeeville; one brother, Kenneth Coates of Jackson; best friend, Diteshia Gaston of Jackson; three nieces, Tasha Coats and Katherine Grayson, both of Coffeeville, and Jasmine Coates of Jackson; one nephew, Henri Canton of Thomasville; five great-nieces, one great-nephew, one great-great-nephew, with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
