Floyd Moody Jr., a resident of Coffeeville, answered the Master's call, Dec. 8, 2022 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. He was born Aug. 30, 1945 to the late Eliviria Scott-Moody and Floyd Moody Sr. of Gaston, N.C. He attended school in the Gaston, N.C., school system. Floyd was a faithful member at Cedar Point Baptist Church in Coffeeville. He was an electrical engineer until his retirement.
Floyd was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Helena , Jeanette , and Edna
Left to cherish his memories is his loving wife of 51 years, Brenda Moody; adopted son, Anthony Gordon (Sharon) Moody; sisters, Inell Fenwich , Mary Ruth Reed , Blonnie (Dock) Jones, Gloria Settle; brothers, Benjamin Moody, Charles Moody and Bill Moody and with many other relatives and friends. We take comfort in knowing he's in the Lord's presence.
