Gloria Ann Wright-Pledger peacefully made her transition on April 10, 2025. Gloria rededicated her life unto the Lord several years ago and was a faithful member of Harvest Time Ministries International. She lived a life defined by compassion and dedicated service to anyone who crossed her path.
After Gloria graduated high school she furthered her education at Bishop State College where she completed both CNA and Culinary programs in 1989. Gloria began her career as a CNA devoting over three decades to providing care and comfort to all her clients.
Gloria was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Geraldine Wright, cherished daughter Ashley Wright and two brothers; James wright and Calvin Wright Sr. and her precious grandson Kash Pledger. May they all rest in peace.
Gloria leaves behind a loving family to cherish her beautiful memories: Devoted husband Ricky Pledger, devoted daughter Ricki Pledger; four treasured grandchildren; Gearlynn Altman, De'Auri Johnson, Deandra Johnson Jr., and Rylee Johnson, Father; Mack Wright Sr. (Cynthia); three dedicated siblings Min. Mack Wright Jr., (Katina); Leila Jones, Robert Wright. A devoted nephew, Labarron Russell, three cherished friends friends; Marilyn Bradley Vanessa Drinkard and Yvette Tate, a loving goddaughter Sierra Giles and a caring son-in-law Deandra Johnson Sr., with a host of relatives, love ones , family and friends way too many to name.
