Grady James Gordon, Sr.

Grady James Gordon, Sr. departed this life on Monday, January 21, 2019 while at University Hospital in Mobile, AL.  Born September 2, 1952 to Robert P. and Ellen Brown Gordon, he was sixty-six years of age.  He earned his living working throughout the logging industry.  He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. 

Preceding him in death are his parents, Robert and Ellen Gordon; three sisters, Barbara Hunt, Bessie Finch and Nettie Lee Gordon Williams; four brothers, Alvin Gordon, John Douglas Gordon, Robert Gordon, Jr. and Joe Mitchell.

Left to forever cherish his precious memories are his son, Grady J. (Shenna) Gordon, Jr., Jackson, AL; daughter, Debra (John) West, Mobile, AL; two sisters, Louida Hannon, Manila, AL and Gracie (James)Soleyn, Mobile, AL; one brother, Raymond (Barbara) Gordon, Mobile, AL; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
