Henry James Foxx Jr., a resident of Jackson, was born on July 17, 1949 to the late Virgin Williams Foxx and Henry James Foxx, Sr. He traded time for eternity on Thursday, September 25, 2025 while at Jackson Medical Center.
Early in life, Henry united with Gainestown A.O.H. Church in Gainestown, AL. After relocating to Dallas, TX, he united with God Prayer House.
Henry loved to hunt, fish, garden and take care of his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgin Williams Foxx and Henry James Foxx, Sr.; his wife, Alice Marie Jackson Foxx; brothers: Joe Allen Foxx, Archie Foxx and Charlie Williams; sisters: Loreather Jackson Foxx and Pearlie Ruth Jackson.
Henry leaves to cherish his memories are his wife, Tina Walker Foxx of Dallas, TX; his children: Tony James Foxx of Dallas TX and daughter, Amanda Foxx of Jackson, AL: step-children: Kanaroe Walker, Kendre Walker and Tanisha Fountain; grandchildren: Shadadriah Foxx and La'Trevian Foxx; step-grandchildren: Arrieana Danilus, SeQuioa Walker, Kaiden Offord and Jasiah Fountain; his sister, Ethel (Leo) Washington of Gainestown,AL; brother, Alexander (Adline) Foxx of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law: Dorean Williams, Stellasteen Foxx and Gloria Foxx all of Gainestown, AL; brother-in-law, KC Jackson of Illinois; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
