Ira Bryant Jr. was born on April 25, 1968 in Walker Springs, to the late Ira Bryant and Shirley Bryant. He was a graduate of Jackson High School in the Class of 1986. Ira had a genuine love for children and liked all sports. His love for people left a lasting impact on all who knew him. Preceding him in death were his parents; grandparents, Quincy and Laura Bryant, King David and Alice Jackson; uncles, Quincy, Curtis, Willie, Anthony, Fred, John Wilder Bryant, Richmon, King David, Charles, Orrie and Robert Jackson; aunts, Peggy Pritchett, Gracie Leggett, Aldora Smith, Annie Bumpers, Carrie Mae Ezell and Delphine Jackson; and a sister-in-law, Lucretia Bryant. Ira leaves to cherish his memories his wife of seven years, Carolyn Bryant; his bonus children, Alan, Aleta, Montrell Watkins and Raquan and Travaun Kelly; his grandchildren, Ashton, Mauris, Jaylen and Jah'ziyah; silbings, Angela Williams, Sonya (David) Jackson, Gary (Ramona) Bryant and Glenn Bryant (Lorene Snell); aunts, Emma Bryant, Bessie Bryant, Virigina Jackson, Debra (Wendell) Jackson, Louida Hopkins, Juanita Hopkis, and Linda (Johnny) Armstead: uncles: Willie (Carol) Jackson, Joe Nathan Smith, Sr., Clausell Pritchett, King Charles Jackson and Arnold Bumpers; his mother-in-law, Gloria Adams; sister-in-law: Lisa Horn, Mary (Tyrone) Watkins, Tammy Fields, Chiquita Watkins, Margaret Adams, and Demetris Adams; brother-in-law: Willie and Keith Watkins; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and a many devoted friends. His smile compassion and love will live on in all who were around him
