Jamie united early in life with the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in Carlton, AL and was a graduating member of the Jackson High School Class of 2013. He loved hunting, fishing, playing video games and spending time with family and friends, especially his cousins.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, C. A. and Carrie Burrell Robinson, Clifford Lee James and Fred Rocker.

Left to forever cherish his precious memories are his parents, Jamie and Delia Jackson, Sr. of Carlton, AL; three sisters, Brittany Ezell, Tabatha Jackson, and Jasmine Jackson of Carlton, AL; grandmother, Mattie James of Carlton, AL; great grandmother, Velma Rocker of Choctaw Bluff, AL; five uncles, Greg (Rita) Ezell of Choctaw Bluff, AL, Cesric Ezell and Alex James of Carlton, AL, Clifford (Deidra) Ezell of Thomasville, AL, and Clinton (Dominique) James of Mobile, AL; three aunts, Annie Moore of McDonough, GA, Georgina (Chris) Washington of Alma, AL, and Melvina Lewis of Carlton, AL; six nieces and nephews; two devoted cousins, Chris Washington and Katore James; a host of other relatives and friends.
