Mr. Jamie Lee Portis was born March 14th 1937, to the union of the beloved Lee and Sarah Todd Portis, was a lifelong resident of Toddtown AL. HE departed this life on April 20th at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Portis was proceeded in death by Rosie Mae Portis (wife); Preston Portis (son); Johnny Earl Pace (grandson); Nonie M. Henderson (sisters); Grossetta Johnson; Juanita Portis; (Brothers); Ronnie Portis; Curtis L. Portis; Mack Portis and Charles Protists.

"Man Portis" was a devoted brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend who enjoyed telling jokes and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Mr. Portis leaves behind to cherish his memory, devoted children; Barbara J. Place and Tamar Tarlton of Mobile, AL Sarah A. Pace, Leon Portis, Damion Portis, Nathan L. Portis of Huntsville, AL.; Sisters; Mary Penegar of Port Allen, LA., Etherine Crump of Fairborn, GA; a devoted sister; Helen Portis of Los Angeles, AC; a devoted granddaughter; Jasmine Pace of Mobile, AL; sisters-in-law; Carolyn Portis-Kimbrough and Betty Portis and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews others relatives and great friends.
