Jeremy LaTawn Jackson was born on July 19, 1991, in Grove Hill Al to Alice Hopkins and Charlie Black Jr. He departed this life on April 23,2026. Jeremy attended Hirsch Metropolitan High School in Chicago, Il and was a graduate of the Class of 2009. He was a member of the St. Matthew Baptist Church of Chicago Il. where he served until relocating to Jackson Al. He was employed with Walmart in Jackson, Al for two years.

 

Jeremy was preceded in death by his father Charlie (Bud) Black Jr., Stepfather Benny Hopkins, Grandparents King David and Alice Jackson, Charlie Black Sr. and Rebecca Black. Aunts Shirley Bryant, Peggy Pritchett, Pearlie Jackson, and Diane Black. Uncles Robert, Richmond, Charles, Orrie, King David Jackson Jr. and Tyrone Black, Ira Bryant Sr and James Hopkins.

 

Jeremy leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother Alice Hopkins of Gainestown Al. Brother Adrian (Angela) Jackson of Chicago, Il. One son Jeremy (LJ) Jackson Jr., two bonus children Devin and Skyler Ramsay, Four nephews Adrian Jackson Jr., Angelo Jackson, August Jackson, RayShaun McBride and one niece TaShauna Lee McBride of Chicago Illinois, Aunts, Virginia Jackson, Louida Hopkins, Linda (Johnny) Armstead, Debra (Wendell) Jackson, Maria Moses, Betty Hunt, Charlotte Black, Lisa Foxx and Erica Black. Uncles Willie (Carol) Jackson, King Charles Jackson and Clausell Pritchett. Three special friends Christina Oliver, Lorena Ramsay, and Alfred Donald Jr. A host of cousins. relatives and friends
