Master Joshuey Lideal Cowan Jr., better known to family and friends as "JJ," a resident of Thomasville, made his earthly transition on Friday, May 14, 2021 while at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, surrounded by his family. He was born on Aug. 26, 2015 to Naportia Bracy and Joshuey Lideal Cowan Sr. in Dothan.
He attended Mt. Sinai Full Gospel Church in Jackson. JJ was smart, lively, outgoing, outspoken and ready for anything. Three of his favorite words were I Got This! JJ also loved his cell phone, all types of music and was known as the Real Boss what JJ says Goes! Though his time with his family was short, he touched many lives was loved deeply by those around him. JJ’s smile was filled with love, peace, joy and happiness which produced him to Fight! Fight! Fight! Through it all he had to endure he still smiled! Joshuey Lideal Cowan, Jr., “JJ” a true soldier in the army of the Lord!
