Kelsey Jones

Kelsey Terrell Jones of the Mt.Vernon community, better known to family and friends as "Kel," departed this life on April 18, 2023. He was born to Roxie Jones on May 3, 1995.

Kelsey had a great love for playing video games and was an avid fan of the Auburn Tigers. He loved spending time with his family. 

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Hugh Lee Jones Sr., Ester Jones and Eva Lee Flott; uncle, Hugh Jones Jr.; and cousin, Tamara White. 

Left to cherish his memories is his mother, Roxie Serling; brothers, Jabarrie Serling, Justin Jones and Jamear Serling, and Cameron Jones, whom he loved as a little baby brother; grandparents,  Diane and Curtis White,  and Judy Jones, whom he loved like a mother. Kelsey has a host aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
