Lewis Simpson September 3, 1961 – July 14, 2025

Lewis Simpson, a resident of Suggsville, AL, was born on September 3, 1961 to Minnie Clyde Wilson Simpson and the
late Will Simpson in Suggsville, AL. He made his earthly transition on Monday, July 14, 2025 at his residence.
Lewis attended Clarke County High School and was a graduate of the Class of 1979. He loved fishing, spending
time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Will Simpson; and brothers: Willie Mays Simpson, Charles Simpson and
Michael Simpson.
Lewis leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Minnie Clyde Wilson Simpson; his four children; three
sisters: Geraldine Berry, Bertha Simpson and Pearl Green; two brothers: Otis Simpson and Bobby Lee Simpson; with a
host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
