Obituary

Martha Ann Jones Gully traded time for eternity on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 while at her Leroy, AL residence. She was born May 5, 1949 to Henry and Eloise Scruggs Jones. She was a member of the Jackson AOH Church of God in Jackson, AL, where she served faithfully as a matron.  She enjoyed fishing, her family, cooking, flowers, and  decorating for Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Sadie Martin.

Martha leaves to forever cherish her memories her husband, Jim Oliver Gully, Leroy, AL; her son, Cleveland Jones Gully, Leroy, AL; three grandchildren, Raylen McKenzie, Carree Dnna Gully, and Maekaylan Lashay Gully; seven sisters, Sally Brown, Tuscaloosa, AL, Fannie (Min. Glenn) Pearson, St. Stephens, AL, Henrietta (Emmitt) Goodwin, Deloris (David L.) Jackson, Cheryl Simon, Shander McDonald, and Loretha Doss, all of Jackson, AL; two brothers, Overseer Hosie Jones, St. Stephens, AL and Robert Jones, Montgomery, AL; a god-sister, Sarah (Ronnie) Moore, Sunflower, AL; a mother-in-law, Sarah Gully, Leroy, AL; two brothers-in-law, Johnny Martin, Jackson, AL and Michael (Louise) Gully, Leroy, AL; four sisters-in-law, Julia Pugh, Winn, AL, Elizabeth (Jimmie) King and  Florence (Jimmy) Simon, Leroy, AL and Constance (Robert) Jones, Fayettville, SC; several nieces, nephews other relatives and friends, including Gracie Mae and Elisha Thomas.
