Patricia Ann “Trish” Chapman was born May 25, 1956 to Carrie and L.B. Chapman. She departed this life Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021 at her residence.
Patricia was a 1974 graduate of Clarke County High School. She joined the Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church at an early age and was baptized under the leadership of the Rev. B.W. Dudley. She attended and aided many churches through the years. She loved the Lord, was kind hearted to all, called almost everyone “Sweetie” and “Boo,” and worked hard to support her family. She was loved by all she met.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father, L.B. Chapman.
Memories of Patricia’s life will ever live on in the hearts of her devoted mother, Carrie Chapman; two sisters, Betty (Curtis) Dickinson and Nadene Chapman; two brothers, Larry (Daisy) Chapman and Darryl (Latoya) Chapman; two nephews, Dean (LaShandra) Chapman and Adarian (Kristin) Chapman; three great-nephews, Dekwan and Jarett Chapman, and Zaylen Curry; one great-niece, Harmony Hunt; one godson, Henry Nobles; godsister, Dorothy Williams; devoted friends, Debra Nobles, Margaret Calhoun, Lakecia Collins, Jean Robinson, Tomeika Washington, Lida Campbell and Cynthia Pugh.
A graveside service will be Sunday, Aug. 29, 11 a.m., at Orange Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Walter Sanders is pastor and the Rev. Eddie Pugh will officiate.
Final life celebration has been entrusted to Jackson Memorial Funeral Home, 203 East Ross St., Jackson, AL 36545.
