Sharon Rena leggett

Sharon Rena Leggett of Jackson earned her wings on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022, at her home surrounded by her family. Sharon was born Dec. 30, 1971 to Emma Brown Leggett and Jimmy Leggett Jr. A graduate of Clarke County School in the Class of 1991, she loved cooking and spending time with family. Sharon was also a lover of dogs.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, John Lee Clarke; and sister, Odester Leggett.

Left to cherish her memories are her two sons, Jerome (Candace Brown) Leggett of Leroy and LeQuario (Jardaisha Williams) Leggett of Jackson; her companion, Odell Pugh Jr. of Jackson; god-daughter, Angelica Lovick of Wagarville; three sisters, Cathy Clarke of Chicago, Ill., Florence Clarke of Suggsville and Virdean Leggett of Texas City, Texas; three brothers, David (Jackie) Clarke and Sylvester Leggett, both of Walker Springs, and Johnny West of Decatur; with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
