Shelley Louis Thomas

Shelley Louis Thomas 74, departed this life on Sunday October 2, 2022, at his residence in Lake Charles, LA. He was born on March 8, 1948 to Edrice Thomas in Lake Charles, LA. He accepted Christ at an early age and attended Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church. He graduate from W.o. Boston High School in 1967 and served his country in the United States Air Force with honorable discharge. He worked at Firestone Refinery and retired from Soil Testing Engineering, Inc., as heavy equipment operator. He played a big part in organizing the family reunion helming din Alabama evry year. He loved family, football, fishing, watching western movies and was an avid New Orlean Saints fan. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Linda V. Thomas of Lake Charles, LA; his mother, Edrice Thomas of the Winn Community; six children, Rahshiek Thomas, Mekeia Thomas, Kiecha Villery, and Patricia Galentine all of Lake Charles, LA, Shantell (Robert) Mitchell of Houston, Tx and Shanaka Collins of Jamaica, NY; eight grand grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two Godsons and a host of other relatives and friends.
