Terrance Phillip Johnson

Terrance Phillip Johnson, affectionately known as “Duck” by all who knew him, was born April 26, 1985. He was a member of Orange Hill Baptist Church. Bro. Terrance departed this life Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at USA Medical Center Hospital with a close relative at his side.

Preceding him in death were his mother, Lisa Johnson; maternal grandparents, Oneita and Phillip Johnson; and paternal grandparents, Carrie Bell Phillips and Hayden Phillips Sr.

Left to cherish his memory are his father, Hayden Phillips Jr.; two brothers, Tyrone Johnson of Foley and Timothy Johnson of Grove Hill; one sister, Tiffany Johnson of Bassfield, Miss.; six nieces and three nephews; with a host of uncles and aunts, with two devoted aunts, Etta Davis and Carrie Phillips; with a host of cousins and friends, with two devoted cousins, Henrietta Davis and Shardai Dickinson. Terrance also leaves to cherish his memory, extended families, the Foster, Andrews, Jackson, Barnes and Brooks families.
