Tyshon Nukief Grimmett was born Jan. 19, 1999 in Auburn to parents, Kisha Grimmett and Tykief L. Dunn. He left this world March 20, 2021.
Tyshon graduated from Blount High School in Mobile, continuing his education at Alabama State University in Montgomery and later attending Lawson State College in Birmingham. Following college, he pursued the work force. Tyshon loved making and mixing music, which led him to recording his own music. He was filled with love, life and laughter.
Left to cherish his memories are his mother and father; two brothers, Conner Dunn and Amir Dunn; grandmothers, Belinda Grimmett of Auburn and Josette M. Dunn of Waynesboro, Miss.; grandfather, Ovell Grimmett; loyal and devoted great-grandmother, Annie P. Turner; devoted uncle and aunt, Marcus K. Turner and Jhetta Turner; two uncles, Terry L. Dunn and Tony Grimmett; three devoted cousins, Cordarius and LaTezman Turner, and Brittney Jones; with a host of great-uncles, aunts and cousins.
Service will be Saturday, March 27, 1:30 p.m., at Lilly Grove Baptist Church in Chatom, with the Rev. Henry D. Pough, pastor, as eulogist. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Cemetery in Chatom.
