Willie Jackson Obituary

Willie Edward Jackson, a native of Barlow Bend and a resident of Mobile, better known to family and friends as "Catfish," was born on Jan. 12, 1951 to Minnie and Memphis Jackson Sr. Willie traded time for eternity on Jan. 27, 2021 while at Mobile Infirmary Hospital. Early in life he united with Union Chapel Baptist Church in Barlow Bend. After relocating to Mobile, he united with Greater Narzeree Baptist Church. He was employed at Mobile Housing Board for many years until his retirement, where he was known throughout his work place as a great worker. An awesome dad and a great provider for his family, Willie loved fishing and cooking, but family gatherings were one of his favorites. He never met a stranger!
